We are continuous in our pursuit to find, for our patients, the lowest cost and the highest quality products through our network of national vendors and suppliers of Durable Medical Equipment.

Our primary clientele served is the pediatric, elderly, and disabled population. We currently have over 13 Full-Time employees.

Our professionally credentialed staff includes a Board Certified and Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RT), an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), a specialist in Respiratory Education and Sleep Medicine, and three Manufacturer Certified specialists in the proper Evaluation, Set-Up, Placement, and Education of home medical equipment, and Seating and Positioning of Rehabilitation Equipment.

We currently serve approximately 1500 clients/ patients each year.

Our organization is in the application process of accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, Inc. (ACHC). It is their goal to provide patient-focused, provider-friendly, educational accreditation programs to help our company stay focused on best clinical practices, improve business operations, increase professional self-respect, and gain community credibility for having a dedication to quality patient services.

We do offer a 1% discount to seniors that can provide proof that they are over the age of 85 as per South Carolina Law, however since seniors make up about 85% - 90% of our customer base, we do not offer any other special pricing discounts for them.

The Mobility Center provides area residents and vacationers, who are physically challenged, many ways to be as active as they desire.

Locally owned, The Mobility Center’s employees have firsthand knowledge of Northeastern South Carolina and Southeastern North Carolina and The Grand Strand areas and are available for sales, services, rentals, repairs, and deliveries. A majority of our products are Medicare/ Medicaid reimbursable, meaning that qualifying persons pay little or no out-of-pocket expenses. We also file insurance claims, relieving our clients of the burden. Our customers get the equipment that they need to get them going at a cost they can afford.
